Chemical description
(To be edited, initial data ST OCT 04) Inhalation powder used in asthma containing the glucocorticosteroide budesonide Glucocorticoide with strong antiinflammatory effect used in nasal spray in allergic and vasomotor rhinitis. The amount of budesonide in each dose is 160 µg. Systemic exposure 33%. and the bronchodilating formotherolfumarate dihydrate, adrenergic selective beta-2-stimulator with long durationof effect. About 90% of the dose (4,5µg), may be swallowed and absorbed. Plasma cancentrations are below the detection limit.
