IPNet drug reports
One very well documented report of an attack requiring hospitalisation and treatment with heme arginate in a 39 year old susceptible female with AIP. However the patient also had an infection with fever that just as well could have caused the attack. Uneventful use reported in 4 patients with acute porphyria.
