Nucleoside with aliphatic side chain. In major parts not metabolised. Three references consider it safe.
Chemical description
Antiviral nucleoside with aliphatic side chain. Probably not significantly metabolized, only up to 14% appearing in urine as metabolite. Australian list: use. South African list: use. French list: use. Thunell: Administered to one female AIP patient, 52 years, without ill effects.
