Not metabolised. Two references consider it (probably) safe. Porphyrinogenic in rat model.
Chemical description
Aminosteroide muscle relaxant used under general anaesthesia. Excreted unchanged in bile and to a small extent in urine. South African list: use with care. French list: authorized.
